1. Shipping Charges

₹49 shipping fee for all orders below ₹499.

Free Shipping on orders of ₹499 and above.

Some heavy items (soil, manure, ceramic pots) may have additional shipping charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary by location:

4. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier companies such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and other partners depending on serviceability.
5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp.

You can also track your order anytime from the My Account → Orders section on our website.
6. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to most pin codes across India.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
