How do I track my order?

When will I receive my order?

Generally, your order will be dispatched within 24 Hrs. after your transaction has been confirmed and product delivery time is 3 to 6 working days . However, depending on the product the dispatch time may vary. Please refer to your product description for more details. You will also be notified via email when the product(s) are shipped to you.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

We support a variety of payment options including wallet, credit, and debit card.

Cash on delivery is also available. 


Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, replaced, or returned.*We do not have a refund policy if you refuse the delivery.Please refer to the Refund Policy for more detail.


In case you received the damaged or wrong product, Multiple Debits share the order number and images of the product within 48 hours on the given Whatsapp order enquiry link available in home page.


We will resolve your concern within 48 working hours.
