Return Policy – HobbyPlus


At HobbyPlus, we ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer return process for damege, wrong product.


Eligible Returns


Buyer can request a return only if:

Received a damaged product, or received a different product than what ordered.


Important Guidelines

Buyer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Buyer need to send clear photos of the product (including packaging) via WhatsApp chat support available on website.

The item must be unused and returned in the same condition you received it.


Return & Refund Process

Customers must arrange return shipping to our address.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.



Note:

Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind or incorrect selection.


No exchange or replacement will be provided—only refunds are applicable for valid return cases.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
